NORMIES — ¿los nuevos Checks?!
Después de leer sobre la mecánica de quema y la capacidad de añadir o quitar píxeles, me recordó instantáneamente a @checksvv — un proyecto que también comenzó pequeño y luego se disparó en meses gracias a su mecánica de rareza, donde quemabas NFTs para convertirlos en otros más raros.
Aquí se siente como un proceso similar, pero en lugar de solo quemar, realmente estás creando ARTE (al quitar/añadir píxeles). Eso podría crear una dinámica de escasez fascinante + los NFTs raros podrían volverse aún más valiosos, porque en el fondo tienes que elegir un NFT para interactuar:
– CAT
– Agente
– Alien
Esos podrían volverse aún más caros.
¿Y qué pasa con los NFTs con más de 800 píxeles - o los raros 1099 - podrían convertirse en un SQUARE sólido al llenar todos los píxeles? (como imaginé en la imagen adjunta al post)
¿Es el nivel máximo realmente 3? Si las mejoras pudieran ir más allá — como nivel 5–7 — la oferta podría reducirse no en ~20–25% sino más cerca del 40–50%.
Realmente interesante ver cómo se desarrolla este proceso.
Esto se siente como un enfoque original construido en torno al arte elegido, a diferencia de Checks donde principalmente eran estados de color. Esa mecánica también fue emocionante en su momento — pero ahora parece que es hora de nuevos experimentos como @normiesART @serc1n

NormieCanvas, explained:
Let's say you have 4 Normies, total pixel count is 2583. This gives you allowance of %1 of total pixel = 26 (we round up)
1. You connect your wallet
2. Select which Normies you want to burn
3. See the total pixel count
4. Confirm burn and you get 1% of total pixel count.
5. Select the Normie you want to edit
6. Add/Remove pixel as you wish, clear canvas, get inspiration or ask help from artist friends.
7. Save your final Normie and sign tx
8. It's going to be updated on-chain.
9. Each 10 pixel change you made will give 1 LEVEL
10. In this case LEVEL 1 Normie, level up to LEVEL 3.

After analyzing further, the exploiter was able to swap Squiggles held by the strategy for other lower-value NFTs on the same contract (Day One AB: Genesis by DCA & Construction Token by Jeff Davis)
Sadly as a result of this exploit, we believe we have found a bug in the 8 currently deployed NFTStrategies (PunkStrategy is NOT affected). This hasn't been exploited yet, and it wouldn't be profitable for the exploiter, but we believe it is better to get ahead of it before the DoS attack is performed while the strategies are just getting started.
We'll take time to test and fix these potential attack vectors before launching more strategies.
And to re-iterate: PunkStrategy remains unaffected.
