Inversion is thrilled to welcome Giselle Sedano as General Counsel. Giselle brings more than 15 years of legal and compliance experience. Prior to joining Inversion, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where she represented and counseled clients in complex, high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional government actions, internal investigations, congressional inquiries, and legal and reputational crises. She also advised global private equity and investment firms on cross-border transactional and compliance matters, focusing on anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and other international regulatory risks across diverse industries. Previously, Giselle served as a compliance officer at Fortress Investment Group, where she supported all businesses, including credit and real estate, private equity, and permanent capital investment strategies. She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. At Inversion, Giselle will lead and oversee all legal, compliance, and policy matters.
