Some people still believe crypto is risky. It's just sad to see that even after years, some people still view it this way. Which is why I resonate with what Vitalik is talking about here. Making Ethereum and other chains into sanctuary tech will really change this narrative. This will bring about a place for open finance, open communication, and open development. This will go across hardware and software and into physical/bio/security. I even love this more because he's rallying everyone. No matter if you build on Ethereum or other chains This is just a really good initiative. This is something that can't get destroyed even by war.
