AI Prompt Tips 1. Asset your questions Instead of asking anew each time, it's better to create a recipe. If you get a decent result, don't stop there; ask the AI to "separate the variables (style, composition, tone, etc.) you considered to achieve this result and organize them into a guidebook." 2. Remove the mask of a nice AI AI is fundamentally a 'yes-man.' When you ask, "What do you think of my proposal?" it might respond with something soulless like "It's good." The answer is to create a split personality. Assign roles like CFO, a critical marketer, and a field team leader, and have them debate fiercely among themselves. You should especially pressure them to identify the 'strongest opposing argument.' 3. Clear the minefield Instead of struggling to find the right answer, you should shift the direction of your questions to 'eliminating failures.' Cut out all the reasons it won't work, and what remains is ultimately the optimal strategy. 4. Throw in your own grading sheet Don't just end with "Evaluate this"... Without criteria, the answers will be vague. Clearly present your judgment criteria. Instruct them to score on a scale of 10 based on [Execution Difficulty / Profitability / Scalability]. For items with low scores, ask, "What assumptions need to change for the score to go up?" AI does not replace our intelligence. It only amplifies your 'judgment' infinitely. Don't beg for answers; you need to design a structure where AI can think. That's real skill.
